By using InLinked, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
InLinked is a warm-intro engine for B2B go-to-market. It maps your LinkedIn connections to your target account list and generates outreach drafts for you to review and send yourself.
InLinked never sends outreach on your behalf. All generated drafts are for your review and manual sending. You are solely responsible for the content and timing of any outreach you send.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.
InLinked uses LinkedIn's OAuth to authenticate users and import connection data. Your use of the LinkedIn integration must comply with LinkedIn's terms of service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or Microsoft.
Outreach drafts generated by InLinked (powered by Anthropic Claude) are tools to assist you — not legal, professional, or business advice. You are responsible for reviewing and customizing all generated content before sending it. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, appropriate, or effective for your specific situation.
InLinked is currently free during early access. When we exit early access, we will notify you at least 30 days before any paid plan takes effect. Paid plans are billed monthly per seat. You can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to InLinked if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that causes harm to other users, third parties, or InLinked. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
InLinked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or outcomes of any outreach you send using generated drafts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InLinked and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of InLinked is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
